Last session, I tried to make a set of bowls as a belated wedding gift for my brother and his wife, and it didn’t work out. One got broken, one exploded, and one had glaze flaws. This time, I decided to not think too hard about the end result, and just do the best I could. I also made extra. I had intended to make a set of three, but four of the five turned out good enough to give as gifts. So, I’m keeping this one.
I’m not photographing the others, because they all look pretty much alike. That was kind of the point.
