Don’t throw that calendar away yet! You loved it, right? Here’s something cool and easy you can do to reuse those prints.
First, get some cardstock to use as notecards. Set it in the middle of the sheet you’ve torn from the calendar, and fold it up around, making crease lines. If the calendar is large, you can sometimes get two from a month.
Crease it really well, as you’ll be using these as guidelines.
Once you’ve got the guidelines there, trim to the corners. Cut bigger than you think the first time, and trim again to match once it’s folded all up and you can see the overlaps.
You’ve got a gluestick, right? If not, borrow one from your kids.
Use an address label on the front, and more glue and/or an address label with the return address on the back. Done! Now write a fun letter to that friend you haven’t talked to in a while. She’ll be glad to hear from you.
