Spodumene Flowerpot 1

The design was made by painting wax resist before dipping the pot in glaze.  It’s a technique I’ve used frequently at the Empty Bowls bowlmaking-sessions.

More Glass Fish

I took a couple of flameworking marathon sessions at the Mesa Arts Center, and I made more fish.  These are borosilicate glass.  Fish are easy to make and they look good no matter what color you use. I have enough of them now that I think I should make some sort of aquatic-themed chandelier.

Sweet and Creepy Shrine
